Surface planer was used to shave wood board thin, even strips the material until the piece was the right thickness. There is one rollers in the planer, and two or three knives around the roller.  which remove a very thin layer of material from the board.
It has a small infeed and outfeed table that helps guide the stock through the planer, also has a hand-crank that adjusts the cutting depth.
For the MB524, we have designed the special guide rule, and change some apparance.
